The river trip is definitely worth doing because you get see things from the river that you can't easily see from land. Also, we went in the evening and it was wonderful to see all the activities that take place on the riverbanks. As for the ticketing process, I made an error and only printed out the voucher and not the actual tickets, which caused us a huge headache getting on the tour. There was a massive line that we had to stand in. So, remember to print out INDIVIDUAL TICKETS, not just the voucher.

We were denied access to our ticket which was to be scanned and I have notified you of this problem and you promised you were reviewing. The eight of us had to stand in line and purchase tickets although we had a prepaid voucher which was good until March of 2016. This was my only problem with any tour I pre-booked with Viator.

This was my second boat tour on the Seine, and this tour was average compared to the other. The condition of the boat was not the best and a lot of seats were missing cushions. There was not as much information about the sites you were seeing along the river as the other cruise. There was a lot of background music playing.
