Then, take a tour of the Fragonard perfumery to learn about perfume manufacturing and the history of this exquisite perfume house.
Continue traveling for roughly 30 minutes to Valbonne, a medieval village that has retained much of its 16th-century character. Stroll through its picturesque alleyways, popping into quaint boutiques stocked with local arts and crafts, and have lunch at one of the caf□s in the Old Town (own expense).
Follow with a scenic drive along the Loup River to the majestic village of Gourdon, perched high on a rocky ridge. Your guide will take you to a viewpoint for sweeping views of the C te d’Azur coastline.
Then, it’s time to head toward the coast for your wine tasting in Nice, a dazzling resort city on the French Riviera. Wind your way up to Ch teau de Cr□mat, a beautiful hilltop wine estate built on a site that dates back to the region’s Roman invasion. Sample wines from the nearby Bellet region ─ a wine appellation unknown to most visitors but loved by locals ─ during your wine-tasting session with an expert sommelier.
After wine tasting, relax on the short journey back to Villefranche.
