產品詳情

Meet your guide at Marseille Vieux Port and then head southeast by minivan to the seaside town of Cassis only a short drive away. After traveling along the scenic Corniche des Cr□tes road, stop to admire dramatic coastal views of the Gulf of Cassis from Cape Canaille the magnificent headland that tops France’s highest sea cliffs.
Head down the hills and stop in Cassis to walk around its pretty harbor, lined with colorful houses that typify the fishing villages of Provence. Hop aboard a sightseeing boat and cruise out of the harbor to see three of the region’s spectacular calanques a series of striking limestone rock formations that comprise the so-called ‘fjords of the French Riviera’ along the coastline.
After spending roughly 45 minutes on the water, head back to Marseille by minivan and finish your day with a relaxing sightseeing tour. Stop to marvel at the Neo-Byzantine architecture of Marseille’s Notre-Dame de la Garde church, and enjoy breathtaking views across the sea toward Chteau d’If the fortress featured in Alexander Dumas’ novel The Count of Monte Cristo. Pass the 11th-century Abbey of Saint Victor and then end your tour back at Marseille Vieux Port in the evening.

This was worth taking a train ride from Paris to Marseilles. Wonderful views, our tour guide was amazing. Cassis. The Calanques and Calsnques National Park...the views...amazin!

Our guide Matt was great very knowledgeable about Marseilles. The trip was interesting and there were plenty of stops for photographs. The Basilica and the view of Cassis from the top of the mountain were the best. The boats from Cassis to see the Calanques were very busy so we had to wait for a while but it was worth the wait. Many of the boats can take disabled passengers and it is easy to get on. The boats are quite large so that you can take lots of photos and walk around with care whilst in motion. The geology and the limestone cliffs are fantastic.

Gale was such a great tour guide! She took us around all the best parts of Marseille before leaving to go to Cassis. She was so full of knowledge about Marseille! Luckily the winds did not affect our boat ride, but she had several other options lined up in case it was cancelled. The boat ride into the calanques was amazing! Unlike anything we've ever seen before. There was a good amount of driving time on this tour but Gale filled it all in with stories and history. Well worth the money!

This was a really nice tour with a very friendly guide. The boat trip was the highlight of the tour. I would just improve it by allowing costumers to stay for a bit longer in the city of Cassis, but anyways I would highly recommend it!

I was staying in Marseille for two nights and decided in this tour. The best thing about these Viator tours is the small group numbers.
Only 8 of us in a minivan with our guide, so it was so much better than being amongst a bus load of tourists trying to follow a guide.
We drove to Notre- Dame De la Garde, which is the Basilica on the hill overlooking Marseille and a good photo stop. Drove through Marseille and out to Cassis stopping at another ocean site along the way. The highlight for me was the drive up to Cap Caneill. It's a headland between the towns of Cassis and La Ciotat and is the highest sea cliff of France. It's a wow spot , excellent for photos and the road is sometimes shut if the winds are too strong. Fantastic view overlooking Cassis. Be aware there are no guard rails anywhere and some tourists were getting pretty close to the edge, but it's not to be missed. We went down to Cassis, where we had a couple of hours to wander. There was an option to go on a 45 min cruise to Les Calanques, but I opted to explore the streets of Cassis and enjoy an ice cream sundae. If you've got limited time on your trip, it's an ideal tour to go on.

This was a wonderful tour -- it took us through Marseille, including a stop at the impressive Notre Dame de la Gard, and then to Cassis. From Cassis, we took a delightful boat tour of three impressive calanaques. When we returned to the dock, we had 45 minutes to walk through Cassis and enjoy its ambiance as well as its thriving art scene. We also vanned up a windy road to a national park where we had an incredible vantage point allowed us to look out over the shimmering Mediterranean. Our tour giuide, Ben, was personalable and knowledgeable -- in a couple of languages! Great day.

This was the perfect tour for my first day in Marseille. It took us to key sites within the city and then on a nice drive down to Cassis with a relaxing boat tour through the inlets. What really made it was our OUTSTANDING guide, Victoria. She was SO knowledgeable and personable and her English was excellent. Plus she was very competent driver. I would highly recommend this tour to get started with a visit to Marseille.

Great guide, amazing sights, enough time at all places except Cassis needed more time! After having a restroom stop there was only aobut 30 minutes, and it would have been nice to do the boat tour of more Calanques than three, but that's just cause they were so beautiful that I felt I needed more time to soak them in : would recommend!

Florence was a fantastic tour guide! She was informative, patient and super sweet. The weather did not allow us to take the cruise, but we were able to spend more time in Cassis, which was fantastic. There is no way that we would have been able to see all the sites if we tried to navigate to the same places within the 5.5 hour time block. This is definitely a great way to spend a day in the South of France.

Great way to see Marseille and Cassis if you have limited time. Our guide Florence was very knowledge and gave us ample time at each of the sights to take in an enjoy. An excellent tour
