Waiting for us on arrival. Super easy! Even made a stop in another terminal so we could exchange money.

Car arrived 5 minutes before agreed time. Great driver, and lovely vehicle which was immaculate. Thank you

I missed my connecting flight to Nice due to a very late inbound flight to London. After waiting in long lines for over 2 hours at British Airways I was rebooked on the Nice flight the next morning. I then called to inform the car service I would not be coming in due to the missed flight. I was called the next morning and told I would be charged regardless of the fact that this was completely beyond my control. Will never use Viator again.
