Normandy is the birthplace of the famous Camembert. This iconic cheese is the ambassador of France along with the Eiffel Tower and wines of Bordeaux. A must of the cheese platter, its yellow flesh, white crust and smell are inimitable. Invented only 220 years ago, Camembert is relatively young compared to the cheese of Livarot, Pont l'Eveque and Neufchatel who have over 1000 years of history.

During the day you will discover Normandy history through cheese. The link between the cheeses and their terroir as well as the Normandy style of making Neufchtel cheese, Pont l'Eveque cheese, Livarot cheese and Camembert cheese, all made with raw milk.
