In 30 years of traveling, I have never met a tour guide who exceeded all expectations as Fred. His enthusiasm and love for his city was infectious. Not only did he provide important and interesting information, he told us fascinating stories about what we were seeing. He was entertaining and funny while educating us, gave us plenty of time to check out sites and take pictures, never hurried us, gave us water and delicious TimTams, and stayed with us over the time we had been allotted. Fred is the quintessential tour guide. By the end of the tour he was family! For anyone visiting Melbourne, ask for Fred and you will have the most enjoyable tour of your life. From Vinnie A.

Amazing tour guide and the city is fabulous. We had a terrific time.

On this city tour we had Ricarda, once again, as our driver/guide. She was flexible, knowledgeable, and a great person to talk to. We hit the high spots of the city and ended up at the beach for a walk and a great tea at a popular local caf□. This is an easy, leisurely way to get an overview of the city.

Absolutely marvelous. Our guide was once again Ricarda, who is totally A-plus. She was professionally perfect and a very nice person to spend the day with. She took care of every detail. We had morning tea at a charming little cafe. She is very knowledgable about Australia - without a doubt it was hard to say goodbye after our second tour with her.

very proffesional service, highly knowledgable guide, top satisfaction with schedule, places visited and overall experience
