See Washington DC's historical monuments and memorials up close and personal on a 3-hour bike tour with an informative guide. Cruise around the National Mall and the Tidal Basin to see some of the most famous sights, and take breaks to walk around and explore attractions like the Lincoln Memorial. Our Monuments tour does cross streets but there is no street riding making it the perfect option forfamilies and those who may not have ridden a bike in an urban environment. On a bike, you're able to see so much more than on foot or on a bus! If you've never taken a city city tour before, DC is a perfect city to give it a try. We know that once you've toured by bike, it will be the first thing you look for on your next trip to another city! Please note that the "what to expect section" provides a sample itinerary and you may tour in a slightly different order based on what may be going on in this busy city on the day of your tour.

We had a group of 6 and everyone loved this tour. All of us have had tours before so this was a great way to see the sites again. Is was just the right amount of time - it was causal and relaxing. Our guide Brian was friendly and provided interesting information on the monuments/memorials. I would recommend this tour.

The Bike Tour was Awesome. Our guide, Joe, gave us interesting information at every stop. I had my grandson and his buddy 13 yrs. and they loved the tour. Due to traffic, we were late but the company called us and re-scheduled our tour for the next one in 30 minutes. I highly recommend the tour and company.

This was a great way to cover all of the monuments.
My girls are 7 and 8 years old which was a perfect age. It would be difficult for younger ages, as there were no bike lanes and maneuvering through sidewalk crowds was tricky at times. Would have liked a little more time at monuments with quotes. Our guide was great.

It was a great bike tour. Kudos to Cameron Cam, he was a wonderful tour guide full of enthusiasm and shared lots of knowledge at all monuments.

Loved this tour! It was a hot day in July and with two teens it was great not to have to walk all the memorials. The cool breeze while on the bike was refreshing!

  • Tiffany W2018-01-08

Had a blast!! Will definitely do it again!

  • Phil H2017-10-27

The cycling is easy, no problems for young children of say 6. The guide was friendly and informative.

  • Stephen L2017-10-22

amazing tour and knowledgeable guide. Great way to see all the main monuments along the Mall.

  • Chuck C2017-10-22

Amanda was an awesome guide. Our children say the bike tour was the best part of our trip! If you have children, this is the BEST way to see the monuments. However, when if you don't it's still a lot of fun! Highly recommend this tour!

  • Andrew G2017-09-26

Fantastic way to see the monuments! My 12 and 14 year old children will tell you it was one of the highlights of our trip. As we saw people herding off of buses we could not have been more thankful to negotiate the sidewalks to the monument steps.
