This was a very comfortable way to get back to Anchorage, clean car and very courteous driver. I actually got picked up at accommodation in Seward and not the cruise terminal although there was no option to select this upon booking, I had to make a phone call to see if this was possible, which couldn't be confirmed when booking and once booked and requested information completed I still did not receive confirmation, this happened a couple of days before pick up when I rang to confirm the booking.
I rated 5 stars for the pick up service but I would only rate the actual booking process with the supplier a 3.

This was a car transfer from Seward to Anchorage. We were on a Holland America Cruise that ended in Seward. We chose to use an independent transfer for my grandsons and my husband and I instead of the coach transfer. The transfer was on time and took us to our hotel for the day. From the hotel we took their shuttle to the airport for a red-eye flight to home. Very happy with Seward transfer, would use them again.

Driver was on time, and accommodating. The description of vehicle was accurate, the ride comfortable. No complaints.

Logan was prompt, courteous. Great trip.
