The bus trip was everything we hoped for. Interesting, informative and the guide kept our interest throughout the experience. The coach bus was roomy and very comfortable. There was plenty of time at each stop to look around and enjoy the experience. We even saw whales spouting water!

The description says drop-off and pick up at hotels. We were picked up by one bus and delivered to the office for registration. At their office when you check in, you find out that you have to take a shuttle back from the morning tour - at 2 or 5. Tour ends at 12:30! Fortunately, our bus driver, Art, dropped us off at our hotel, as we had a car coming to take us to Santa Clara at 1:30. The microphone on the bus didn't work half the time - major static all the time. Made two stops, 20 min each - Golden Gate bridge and another that was so unmemorable I can't even remember where it was. Description mentions fee to Japanese Gardens, we drove by and were told they were behind a gate. It was the most boring and worthless tour I have ever been on. Buss just seemed to drive around. I almost fell asleep! Total waste of money!
