I would not recommend this service for the following reasons.
1. When we arrived at the airport and contacted the service provider as instructed we were advised that the service had been at the airport to collect us approximately 6 hour earlier that day eventhough no flight and arrival details had been provided.
2. It took about 30 minutes for the vehicle to arrive and it turned out to be another service provider to the one listed on the voucher.
3. This new service then advised that there was an additional 15 surcharge and that other customers had been placed in a similar situations and expected to pay this additional cost.
4. We were forced due to the lateness of the hour to pay this additional cost.

Prompt service, however immediately upon entering the car driver asked for money and I gave
him the voucher and he told me additional money 16 was due for airport service charge. Why
was this not in the amount Viator charged? I do not think this was right.

The transport was very efficient and the driver very courteous. Highly recommended.
