On this day trip from Phoenix, your first stop will be at the Pueblo Grande Museum. This 1500 year old archeological site rests in the heart of the city. The remains of a prehistoric Hohokam village is the largest site within the city of Phoenix and sits very close to the airport!  After walking a 2/3 mile trail through the site, you can enjoy the small museum that holds actual pieces of pottery and other artifacts found at the site.

You will then depart Pueblo Grande and head to the very modern Arizona Mills Mall for some shopping and lunch. You can chose to eat in the food court or have a sit down lunch in the Rainforest Caf□. You will then meet back at the bus to depart for the final destination.

After arriving at the Arizona Museum of Natural History you will have time to see the dinosaur exhibits, along with artifacts from Arizona and the Southwest United States and an original part of an historic Arizona Territory prison. You can peruse the museum on your own or take a guided tour. You will still be talking about the things you have seen on this tour as you reach your pickup point at the conclusion of this tour.
