產品介紹

No trip to New York City is complete without a day in Brooklyn and you'll find out why on this tasty stroll. The tour meets in Brooklyn, just minutes from Manhattan via subway. You'll visit three different pizzerias to showcase the evolution of the dish as it changed to conform to new oven technology. You'll meet the owners and chefs (pizzaioli) as you learn the nuances of their craft and develop a new respect for pizza making.
Find pizza nirvana in Brooklyn with stops at:
" Authentic Neapolitan pizza (the precursor to New York pizza)
" Scorching wood-fired brick ovens
" Tender thin crust pizza
" The second oldest family-owned pizzerias in NYC
" One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in BrooklynThis tour concentrates on the Cobble Hill neighborhood, which is easily accessible from Manhattan via the F, A, C, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains. You'll end the tour conveniently close to other great Brooklyn neighborhoods like Red Hook, Boerum Hill and Carroll Gardens.

Cannot compliment this tour highly enough, what a fantastic experience!

The little book and comments and neighbourhood love were the best.

What a fun and amazing experience! We had a group of family coming in to New York for a wedding and this tour was a terrific high light of the weekend. Great information, friendly and outgoing guide Alex gave us laughs, history, personal attention and we all ended with hugs! Highly recommend this tour.
