The driver arrived early and on time. It's very difficult making changes to your bookings, even if you do it over the phone with someone, the change I requested was not followed through, only noted under my booking, so the driver tried to pick us up from an old address. If you travel in the morning, there will be plenty of pick ups, and considering NY traffic, you need to allow plenty of time for traveling. Otherwise this transfer was smooth and very affordable.

I couldn't be a driver in this busy city. I made my flight on time but the best tip that I got for this trip is even though they assign a time for pick up, you could always arrange for an early pick up and to keep traffic in mind when planning this. I sat next to a lady who complained the whole ride to the airport that she might miss her plane. The driver was patient and professional but I think she had to take responsibility also for being late during pick up. I'd rather take a shuttle and not stress on what subway train or bus to take.

they must improve the van, clean them, and telephone assistance if they want to compete with other companies, they can not compete with UBER, and the price is higher.

Quick and efficient No problems at all Would use again

Whilst our first shuttle wasn't a good experience, this one was. Our driver was fantastic. Turned up early but we were ready anyway so wasn't an issue. It was fantastic that you could track where he was.
