A little bit of a wait to leave the airport, but customer service was very nice and the van was clean. Its a good budget friendly airport transfer option.

It's a joke to say - skip the line shuttle!! I was with my 1 year old child waiting for several hours when they send somebody to pick us up. After they did, we were still driving to other terminals and waiting for more people for another 2 hours!!!! Cheap ride, but it's much better to pay more for a taxi.

Skip the Line! What a joke! We were given directions to circumnavigate the normal queue and were directed to a Viator Desk. The pper direction were spot on and low and behold there was the manned Viator Desk. A very bored grumpy Viator lady said you need to go back and join that very long queue at the Super Shuttle desk! So why did I bother paying extra fro a skip the line ticket! I am going to complain to Viator. I had to wait over an hour for my shuttle. The ride itself was OK, but in a van that needs it's suspension addressing.

A little bit of waiting at the airport and a lot of traffic on our way in. But everything worked out as planned. It just takes a long time to get to Manhattan hotels during rush hour.

We was late arriving because of the snow but the transit vehicle got there and we got to hotel in a timely manner.

We have waited too much time and we arrived at the hotel too late..
