Le chauffeur a un autre discours . Pas sympa!

It was very difficult to find where the driver and the car were waiting for us. In addition, the driver informed us that we had to pay a toll. On your arrival you inquire about where the tall was, when did you pay, where is the receipt? They have another speech . Not nice!

Prompt service

The driver himself was excellent and got us from LaGuardia to Midtown quickly. They didn't send any information on the type of car to expect for about 30 minutes and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes and had to call multiple times. But for the driver himself, I'd give this a rating of one.

Our driver was rude he spit at a car, he threw a can of red bull out the window at a car who cut us off, he deliberately swerved to run another car off entering his lane. He would drive on the exit ramps and cut in last minute. I have children in the car. I called 311 to report him, but I didnt have his information and I was afraid to ask. We took Uber rest of trip and had pleasant experience

Driver was fine and he waited for us even though the meeting point was almost impossible to find using the directions given to us. They were clearly done by someone who had never used them. Ditto for the person we called on the phone. We ended up walking / running a long way with our suitcases, lost, and confused before we figured out where we needed to be.

This was excellent and so smooth, will definetly use again.

It's nice having our own private transport from the airport to our hotel. We would do this again!
