Your voucher is valid for travel from HOTELS only, depending on the option selected at time of booking. This voucher is not valid to private residences, bus, train stations or another airport

This transfer is valid only on the date booked

Vans will hold either a maximum of seven (7) or eleven (11) passengers

Shuttles operate 24 hours a day

Child seats are not provided in the vehicles. You MUST bring your own car seat for infants

Due to local laws, drivers reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not have a car seat for infants

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)

Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.

Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

We wouldn't recommend this to anyone,

The vehicle didn't arrive and we were forced to get a taxi to the airport at short notice and nearly missed our check in.

Could have been 5 stars but we were delayed when picking up in the airport. When picking up for our flight home however there were only positive things to say about the transfer. Both drivers were polite and positive.

Our saga continued with this company on our way out as well. We were waiting outside the hotel lobby facing the main street. the driver was over 30 minutes late. We called the company twice and they said the driver will be there in couple of minutes, he never showed up. I have taken shuttles in different cities and never had such unprofessional experience!! Stay Away!!

I often use SuperShuttle and this experience was a little disappointing. I was initially told that I would be picked up at 11 AM, then the pick up time was changed to between 11:05 AM and 11:20 AM. The driver did not arrive until 11:45 AM.

Great service. We didn't have to look for the driver, he was there waiting for us at the airport with a sign. We decided on a shuttle as it was a fixed price and we arrived at rush hour. We didn't want a metered ride if we were stuck in traffic.
