Good tour around Houston and company acknowledged the fact that it was cold, so provided different vehicle so we weren't outside. We stopped at places for photos and then continued our tour.
Enjoyable trip to Galverston with driver Antonio providing interesting information about the city.

Ryan our guide for Houston was great! Knowledgeable of the area, building, and fun facts. He went out of his way to provide blankets for seats. 1hr ride to Galveston, couple 10 min stops at wall, Bishop house. Needed more time to site see. Bring snacks! Saw dolphins, but next time I’d rather sitesee

To a certain extent, this is a ride to Galveston and then you have free time there. The additions to that are: 1 a fantastic city tour with great explanations of the history and buildings. 2 stops at Bishops Palace and the beach. Spend about ten min at each. You have free time to see Galveston then, about 2 hours. I actually went back to Bishops house to do the tour during my free time as well as the tour of the Moody Mansion. The city tour of Houston was quite good

Would never have found anything without the driver. Taylored our tour because only 2 of us. Dolphin tour great. Advertisement needs to explain starting time and place before you pay.

We really enjoyed the Houston sightseeing tour and the commentary was excellent and informative. Even though the driver stopped for photo opportunities we thought it would have been great to stop for longer at some points of interest like a local farmers market, beautiful park and interesting sculptures and art work - like a hop on hop off bus. Of course this couldn't happen in 1 1/2 hours so we were pleased with the tour offered but maybe in the future there could be an alternative longer tour offered.
The trip to Galveston was really interesting and the driver was very engaging. The dolphins frolicked around us in the harbour, there was time to have some lunch and a wander around too.

ReLly electic mix of architecture in the buildings at Galveston.

Very bad experience. Once we started our tour in the morning, the staff didn't check our reservation. She had neither checked our booking information nor the number of participants. When the morning tour to downtown Houston completed, she dropped us down at a Museum to the restroom and took some photos for around 10 minutes. When we got back to the meeting point, the bus had gone!!! She left us behind without counting people. When we called back to the service center, they asked us to get back to the hotel within 30 mins by ourselves. It's absolutely ridiculous. How helpless we are as a tourist in an unfamiliar place to get back to the hotel by ourselves?!!! Eventually, we asked someone for help and took tram to the nearby station and rush back to the hotel. When arrived, we found 3 of other participants. They told us that they were brought by other bus and gone to the NASA Space center with other tour. The bus then broken down and finally, the original bus came back to took them back to the entrance of the hotel and they were told to wait for at least 45 mins for another bus to start the second half day tour. Eventually, we all spent for almost one hour for another bus to start the pm tour to Galveston, with anger and empty stomach. And the worse thing is, no one get back and express apology to us afterwards for such fault arrangement!!! We are very disappointed to this local tour which left us bad experience in Houston!

Enjoyed the tour - the commentary was excellent

We enjoyed this tour...both drivers were knowledgeable and it was obvious that they both enjoyed sharing that knowledge. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy exploring these cities without having to drive in extreme traffic.

We really enjoyed both parts of the tour. Firstly the tour of Houston was excellent with a great guide who was interesting and courteous to all guests. Secondly we went to Galveston and had a wonderful afternoon with a super tour guide who went out of her way to look after us all. We particularly enjoyed the castle museum. Thanks.
