Don't use this company!! We booked transport to hotel and then cruise ship terminal on recommendation of RCCL and ended up paying twice because the company Viator told us would honor their vouchers Go airport shuttle showed no reservation. Inexcusable!!!

We had a tight connection to our cruise in Miami from our Ft Lauderdale airport made tighter due to or delayed flight. Our driver meet us in baggage claim and got us to our ship in time. He was great and we tipped him well!
