Step away from the hustle and bustle of the city to visit, Kenansville, an hour drive outside Orlando, where you can enjoy Florida’s natural beauty. Your day begins with a 30-minute or 1-hour or airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. Experience an untouched part of Florida and soak in the quiet, picturesque atmosphere, where you won’t see any city development or homes.
After your airboat ride, watch an educational alligator demonstration. Learn about the anatomy of the American alligator and its habits, as well as the types of dangers associated with this animal.
You'll then have time to explore the 13 acre (5.26 hectares) park on your own and visit the wildlife exhibits, where you can see a zebra, a white-tailed deer, Watusi cattle, alligators and tortoises, as well as the tropical bird aviary. Before leaving, make sure to stroll along the 500-foot (124-meter) sightseeing dock for amazing views of the park.
Upgrade to the half-day package to include a delicious BBQ lunch at the park, which includes your choice of meat (pulled pork, smoked ribs or smoked chicken) a side dish, bread and a drink -- a true Florida barbecue! You'll also receive a free alligator souvenir!

If you are in the front seat you may get a little water on you when he turns the boat, not much really..This was a great adventure and our boat driver was employee of the month and we know why , has a great sense of humor and was very informative...l say if you get a chance or are thinking about going ...DO IT. You won't be disappointed

The 4 of us had never been on an airboat ride and enjoyed it immensely!! Capt Jeff was a great guide, although we didn't see as much wildlife as we thought we would, it was still enjoyable.. A wee heads up tho, we have as many if not more eagles in Canada as you do Capt lol They are every where we look.. Again we enjoyed the ride and would do it again

This was the highlight of our trip. Our teenagers enjoyed the boat ride but also exploring the park and seeing all the animals. The ride was great, we had captain Alec who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy their stay away from the crowds and the parks.

This was a great park. The hour long airboat ride was amazing. We saw gators, a bald eagle and many other wildlife! Great experience for the price!!

This experience was well worth going out of town for, and from Orlando it is about 45 minutes away from the resort areas. If you have reliable transportation back i highly recommend it!

I would make sure to give yourself plenty of time because after the air boat ride, the reserve has an animal sanctuary that is well worth the walk around, With animals from the swamps to the trees, you get to see them up close and person and even hold an alligator! Unfortunately, the day I visited it was rather windy so the large alligators were not in plain sight, but the guide was an expert and was still able to point out pairs of bald eagles and bring us to a few gator nests so our boat ride was still full of wild life. I truly enjoyed this day and would recommend this trip!

We were late to our 9:00am appointment. But the Wild Florida staff were very friendly, found another time slot for us at 10:15am quickly. When we were there, the weather was great. We enjoyed very much of this airboat tour! The zoo is also amazing, and well maintained.
