The New England Aquarium is always a great way to pass the time. I brought my friend here from Baltimore and she loved it. We made a small mistake of going on Columbus Day and it was raining...so EXTRA kids. We got to see penguins and watch them take a HUGE sea turtle out for her check-up with the vet! Overall, it was still a great time seeing the fishies.

Constantly fighting through crowds. 40 parking ripoff. Turns into a 150 outing for two adults and a child.
Terrible ticketing system. Bought online and still had to wait in line to get the ticket.
Garbage exit through the gift shop policy. Someone trying to rip you off from the second you enter with a 30 green screen photo.
The displays are OK but not worth the hassle.

Circular tank in the middle of the aquarium was brilliant. Lots to see. Great location.

A really great experience and an outstanding aquarium-one of the 10 best in the USA. Be prepared to spend all day there. Parking is across the street so easy to get to.

Being able to bypass the long ticket lines by purchasing the tickets for the Aquarium and the IMax show online was amazing. It was great that the choice of movie was made when tickets were picked up instead of at time of purchase on line. Would recommend everyone to use Trip Advisor and Viator to get tickets.
