Waited a few minutes, got on the van, made it to hotel within 20 minutes, comfortable drive

Michael was an excellent driver and welcome to Dublin. He was on time, friendly, helpful and professional. Well done.

Not organized, had to call and talk to 4 different people before they found my reservation. Stuck at airport 45min before I received my ride.

Good service

Worked well enough. Everyone polite and helpful just seemed a bit of a delay in getting going but pretty good.

Drivers were on time and courteous, the drive to our locations was safe and pleasant.
Prices were quite a bit higher than Uber, but convenience won out.

Timely and speedy.
Just what was needed.

It was a straightforward transfer from the airport to the hotel.

I have used this website before in other countries without incident . I used it in the USA for first time in Austin to book hotel transfer through super shuttle . It was charged to my MC . My reservation was no where to be found at the super shuttle desk .

Really bad. I was told it'll be fifteen minutes until the next shuttle would pick me up. Took one hour before I was picked up!!! Everyone else who was waiting was also complaining. Then the shuttle driver got lost taking me to my hotel and asked for me to use my GPS on my phone t
