Board the hop-on hop-off trolley at any of the six designated sites around Arlington National Cemetery. Trolleys depart every 20 minutes throughout the day, and the whole loop takes 45 minutes (weekdays) or 1 hour (weekends).
One of the country’s most important and highly regarded military cemeteries, sprawling 624 acres (253 hectares), Arlington National Cemetery is the final resting place for many American heroes, including more than 400,000 military veterans and their families from every American conflict, starting from the Civil War.
Enjoy informative commentary about the history of Arlington and the significance of the memorials, monuments and burial sites you pass. Hop off to explore sites by foot and pay homage to America’s fallen heroes. Visit the US Marine Corps War Memorial, the US Coast Guard Memorial, the Robert E Lee Memorial, the Memorial Amphitheater, the General John J Pershing Gravesite and, of course, the Eternal Flame, where President John F Kennedy is laid to rest beside his wife, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Your hop-on hop-off pass is valid for one full loop, letting you take in the poignancy of Arlington National Cemetery at a relaxed pace.

This is the tour that will tug at your heart-strings. The guides here are very knowledgeable and very respectful!! They understand what this place stands for and how it should be treated and I appreciate that very much. These men and women gave their lives for this country and deserve the utmost respect!! You must see the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier and changing of the guard, this is amazing to see. The view from the steps out over the grounds is one of the best views in the DC area, BREATHTAKING!! So, go pay your respects to our fallen heroes!!

We would highly recommend this tour. The tour guide on each bus was very informative about what we were seeing. You definitely want to watch the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Love the tour and guides. I could not print the passes nor could I get epass so I called the help number. I was told I could just take a picture of the ticket. I question this but the girl on the phone said no it's OK. IT IS NOT OK! They do NOT except a picture. I called back and spoke to a gentleman this time. He also said it was OK!
The people should know the rules!

tour was good and we saw changing of the guards and JFK grave but wish I'd known the Iwo jima memorial was not able to be seen when we went. I was disappointed as I really wanted to see that Iconic monument.
