No problems. Quick and easy pickup, comfortable luxury sedan.

Excellent. The driver we had was outstanding, he gave us a running commentary of all the areas we were travelling through.

Driver was late ,rude and had a sore back so couldn't put suitcases in the car for us and the car was small for 5 adults plus driver
Would not use again

Good pick up etc. but the voucher said gratuities included but the driver insisted we pay him the gratuities as an extra, argued about this!

Reliable and Punctual Airport transfer

On pick-up from airport, driver did not get out of the car - airport employee helped us get bags in the car.
On airport return, driver didn't show up at all. When I called to find out where he was, was told he wasn't scheduled at all and it was my fault - unacceptable - had to use a different co.

We were picked up at exactly the time they said we would be and transferred immediately to the airport. The only advice I would give is you do not need 45 minutes on a Sunday to get to LaGuardia airport. When I called for pickup, the company insisted I allow 45 minutes. This may be true for weekdays, but not Sunday. We made it in 15 minutes and had way too much time in airport.

Soon as my wife and I arrived at LGA and picked up our luggage, I called Carmel. The gentleman said someone will be there in 5 mins. We went outside of the terminal for pick up and the driver was there within 5 mins. We was went to a hotel in Brooklyn, which took about an hour and half. Everything went well. The driver was prompt, friendly and seemed to be an excellent driver. Highly recommend Carmel to everyone.

The driver was waiting at curbside, minutes earlier than our scheduled time. We were driven to the JFK Airport safely and ahead of time. We were impressed with the overall customer service and driver experience. We definitely would use this service again!

all went smoothly.
